Insurance Office remodel
This project was so fun to work on! Like most spaces, there was a lot of potential for this to be a beautiful office suite. My client took over this office space from another insurance agent, and wanted to breathe new life into the space. After discussions with the landlord regarding doing significant improvements to this office suite, we received approval to move forward with the updates. it had a fairly open layout, and beautiful large bay windows, and french doors into the large private office, but the office was very dated and felt dark inside. With fluorescent lighting, dark wood trim, drab walls, old carpet and a poorly designed restroom and break room, this office needed some life breathed back into it!
Here are a few of the before shots from the space.
The updates to the space included, tearing out the south dividing wall to really open up the office and create better flow. We replaced all the fluorescent lighting with can lights, replaced the old carpet with beautiful engineered hardwood floors, added crown molding, replaced all the doors, painted the dark trim white, added crown molding and completely gutted and remodeled the restroom and break room areas. We also added a large glass wall at the breakroom to give that space plenty of natural light. The restroom was remodeled to include gorgeous large format porcelain tile on the floors and walls, a Carrara marble round mosaic tile behind the the floating sink, a new updated light fixture and large mirror. A break room kitchen was added to this office as well. Dark espresso cabinets, slab granite countertops and new appliances made this space functional and beautiful.
The project took about 3 months to complete.
